Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Carpal Tunnel is a condition where the Median Nerve is Squashed at the wrist. This can lead to numbness and weakness of the hand muscles.

Most cases have no known cause. However genetic factors may determine if you are at risk, and how you use your arm on a day to day basis may also be a factor.
